Individual blood tests

Standalone blood tests, by category

Over 123 individual blood tests, grouped by health area. Each test is priced individually, so you only pay for what you need.

How pricing works

Every price below is per test. One £39 administration fee covers your whole visit, however many tests you book. It is charged once per visit, never per test, so booking several tests together keeps it to a single £39.

Example: a £65, a £55 and a £75 test booked in one visit = £195 in test fees, plus one £39 administration fee = £234 total.

Booking more than one test? Each category below opens that group in our booking system. To pick tests from different categories in one visit, open the full test menu and add everything to a single booking.

Doctor-reviewed results

Every result is reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor, with a short outcome note and next-step plan sent to you, usually within 2 to 5 working days.

Please note: some blood tests take longer than others. Most results are reviewed by a doctor within 2 to 5 working days, but certain specialist tests take longer to process. If your test will take longer than 5 working days, we will let you know.

What happens after your result

All tests are reviewed before and after the test by one of our GMC-registered doctors. A short outcome note with a next-step plan is sent to you securely by email.

  • If your results are normal: no further action is needed.
  • If anything needs attention: the doctor will recommend a follow-up GP consultation, either with your NHS GP or with a KONCEPT® GP. A £149 consultation fee applies if you choose KONCEPT®.

Why KONCEPT®

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a GP referral to book a blood test?

No. You can book most individual blood tests and panels directly at KONCEPT® Medical Clinic. If a test needs a clinical discussion first, the doctor will let you know at booking.

Do I need to fast before my blood test?

Some tests need fasting, for example glucose, HbA1c and lipid profiles, and some hormone tests are timed to your cycle. When you book, the clinic will tell you exactly how to prepare.

How quickly will I get my results?

Your results are reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor and a short outcome note is usually sent to you within 2 to 5 working days. Some specialist panels take longer, and the clinic will tell you the expected turnaround when you book.

What happens after my blood test?

Every result is reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor, with a short outcome note and next-step plan sent to you securely. If your results are normal, no further action is needed. If anything needs attention, the doctor will recommend a follow-up GP consultation, either with your NHS GP or with a KONCEPT® GP for a £149 consultation fee.

Is there an administration fee?

Prices shown are per test. A single £39 administration fee applies once per visit, not per test, so combining several tests in one appointment keeps the admin fee to a single charge.

Can I combine several tests in one appointment?

Yes. You can book several individual tests together in a single appointment, and the £39 administration fee still applies only once.

What is the difference between an individual test and a package?

An individual test checks one marker or a small group of related markers. A package bundles the markers for a whole health area, such as thyroid, hormones or heart health, at a set price.

Where is the clinic?

KONCEPT® Medical Clinic is at 46 to 48 Wood Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1UW. The clinic is CQC-registered and doctor-led.

How much does a blood test cost at KONCEPT?

Individual blood tests start from £45 per test, plus a single £39 administration fee per visit. Doctor-designed packages are priced all-in, for example £338 for the Women's General Health Blood Test. You can see the price next to every test and package on this page.

Can I get a blood test without a GP referral?

Yes. You can book most tests directly, with no referral needed. A GMC-registered doctor reviews each request for suitability before your appointment.

What is included in a full blood test or health check?

A full blood count looks at your red cells, white cells and platelets. A full health check goes wider, combining markers across blood health, organs, hormones, vitamins and metabolic health, chosen to match your symptoms and reviewed by a doctor.

Do you offer blood tests for children?

Yes. We offer age-appropriate children's blood test panels, doctor-led throughout, with every result reviewed by a clinician. Mention it at booking and we will guide you to the right panel.

Are your blood tests CQC regulated?

Yes. KONCEPT® Medical Clinic is CQC-registered and GMC-led, and samples are processed by an accredited UK pathology laboratory.

Can I book a same-day blood test in Kingston?

Same-day, evening and Saturday appointments are offered, subject to availability. Book online or call the clinic and we will find the earliest slot for you.

Will my results be shared with my NHS GP?

Only with your consent. If you would like continuity of care, we send a clinical summary to your NHS GP so your result joins your ongoing records.
