1. Initial Consultation

Medical History Review:

2. Pre Treatment Preparation

Shaving (if required)

Avoid Sun Exposure

No Waxing or Plucking

4. Post Treatment Care & Advice

Redness & Sensitivity:

Patients may experience mild redness or swelling, which usually subsides within a few hours.

Avoid Sun Exposure:

Sunscreen (SPF 50+) is mandatory to prevent pigmentation issues.

No Hot Showers/Saunas:

Avoid hot baths, steam rooms, and intense workouts for 24–48 hours.

No Harsh Skincare Products:

Avoid retinoids, acids, or exfoliating products for a few days.

Moisturisation & Hydration:

The treated area should be kept moisturized and hydrated.

5. Follow Up & Maintenance

Scheduling Next Session:

Depending on the treatment, sessions are typically spaced 4–6 weeks apart for hair removal and longer for skin rejuvenation treatments.

Monitoring Progress:

During each session, the practitioner reviews before and after photos and adjusts settings as needed. In this way, treatments are personalised for optimal results.

Maintenance Sessions:

Some treatments require annual or bi annual maintenance sessions.
