Faqs

Can I drink water if I'm fasting?

Yes, water is encouraged and helps with blood collection. Avoid anything with calories.

If fasting, avoid tea and coffee (even black). If not fasting, drink as you normally would.

Loose sleeves or a short-sleeved top make blood collection easier.

Let us know on arrival. We can have you lie down, take breaks, and go at a comfortable pace.

Turnaround times vary by test. We’ll advise at booking and contact you once results are available.

Abnormal results don’t always mean something serious. We’ll explain what they mean and discuss any next steps if needed.
